• Planning and monitoring of change projects in our topics, in particular working time.
• Accompanying our customers from the proposal phase, through project and resource planning, to quality assurance.
• Conduct workshops and project group meetings.
• Preparation of needs analyses and development of objectives, concepts and decision-making documents.
• From time to time, you will visit our customers for appointments and work together with various project partners, e.g. plant managers, HR managers, works council members and managing directors.

• Ideally, you have a degree, e.g. in the field of economics, industrial engineering, psychology, chemistry or …? We’re excited to see what you bring to the table.
• Initial work experience, including from internships or student trainee positions, is useful.
• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented, creative and flexible.
• You don’t think MS-Excel is a foreign language.
• And above all, you are curious about people and challenging tasks.
• You have empathy, enthusiasm and perseverance.
